TMB-450 full servo three-dimensional packaging machine is a new product developed by our company based on advanced European technology. It fills the gap of high-speed packaging and packaging in pharmaceutical companies, and can be connected to unpacking and sealing to realize a complete post-packing production line. The body and components of the equipment are all-aluminum high-end advanced design, imported electrical components, full servo control, and man-machine interface operation, which makes the operation process of the equipment more stable and convenient, and can be used in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic markets. Applicable to a variety of packaging, such as single carton or multiple carton stacking; and complete packaging in six-sided, horizontal envelope folded packaging. The machine can use heat sealing materials such as PVC or BOPP etc.

Modular design concept of the whole machine, the mold of the whole machine can be replaced within 5 minutes; 3. Balcony design structure, in line with ergonomic design, the operation process is on the front side of the machine, no sanitary dead corners, easy to clean, in line with GMP standards; 4. Corresponding to the flow direction of the product, the rolled packaging materials are cut off and sent out, and vacuum adsorption is used for transition to eliminate static electricity; 5. Adjust the size through the servo motor, input through the man-machine interface and execute it automatically; 6. At the same time, there is a formula function to store the corresponding parameters, which is convenient for calling; 7. A single detachable reel holder is placed on the operator side for easy replacement; 8. The continuous heat-sealing structure design is adopted, so that both sides of the product are heat-sealed evenly and flatly, and at the same time, it is directly discharged after heat-sealing, and no material is stored; 9. It can realize packaging of various specifications, and the same equipment can meet various specifications within the size range such as 1×10, 2×5, etc., so that one machine can be used for multiple purposes. 10. The front and rear linkage function is reserved, which can be linked with the front-end boxing equipment for production, and the back-end is connected to the supervision code equipment.
